After finally realizing that trying to work things out with Corey was a lost cause, Leah turned back to Jeremy and apologized for calling off their engagement on last night’s “Teen Mom 2.” Jeremy was more than happy to put the ring back on Leah’s finger, as it had been burning a hole in his pocket while he waited for her to come to her senses. (What’s that old saying? If you love someone set them free…)

The reunited couple picked right back up where they left off, and Leah even mentioned that she wanted to get married in just a few months to take advantage of the summer weather. Seeing as the two were broken up not even a week prior, it was a bit jarring to watch them jump back into wedding planning without skipping a beat — after all, they had barely addressed their falling out. What would Dr. Drew say???
